Carolina Maharbiz
Carolina was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Cornell University (B.A. 1999) and her law degree from Yale Law School(J.D. 2003).
In law school, Carolina was Editor–in–Chief of the Yale Journal of Law & the Humanities and Chair of the Latino Law Students Association. Following law school, Carolina clerked for
the Honorable James I. Cohn of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She also worked at a large national law firm in Miami, Florida where she gained experience
in commercial litigation and appellate practice. Since joining the firm, Carolina has focused primarily on personal injury, wrongful death litigation, and product liability.
Carolina is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Cuban American Bar Association. She also serves on the boards of the local alumni associations for Cornell and Yale Universities.
