Kristina M. Infante Joins Boutique Litigation Powerhouse Podhurst Orseck

MIAMI – April 18, 2018 – Miami-based litigation boutique Podhurst Orseck announces that Kristina M. Infante has joined the firm as an associate.  Podhurst Orseck has built a national reputation for its highly specialized practice in complex litigation, class action, appellate and aviation matters. Ms. Infante’s practice will focus primarily on product liability claims, complex commercial litigation, and class actions.

Prior to joining Podhurst Orseck, Ms. Infante practiced at Boies Schiller Flexner where she focused on products liability cases and complex commercial litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. She brings experience in all aspects of trial strategy and preparation having worked on several jury trials, including as first chair in a federal criminal trial and as second chair in a two-week bench trial in a federal tort claim against the United States. She has also served as court-appointed amicus curiae in an appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Ms. Infante previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Adalberto Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and interned for the Honorable Cecilia Altonaga of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

She received her Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2014, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and served on the New York University Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies from Northwestern University.
