‘Litigation Department of the Year’ Award

For more than five decades, Podhurst Orseck has garnered international prominence through its aviation work with matters involving the 1972 crash of Eastern Airlines Flight 401 to being selected to help lead nearly 100 cases filed over the Ethiopian Airlines crash that led to the grounding of the Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft. To date, Podhurst Orseck has handled more than 125 matters involving airline crashes around the world.
