Prior to joining Podhurst Orseck, David worked as an associate at a local boutique firm of León Cosgrove Jiménez, LLP, where he worked on complex commercial litigation and class action matters.
David graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as an Articles & Comments Editor for the Inter-American Law Review. During summers, between semesters, he worked as a summer associate at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton and Podhurst Orseck.
David interned for the Hon. Adalberto J. Jordan, U.S. Circuit Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to law school, he interned for the Hon. John J. O’Sullivan, U.S. Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
David is a member of the Florida Bar and will be clerking for Chief Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga of the Southern District of Florida in May of 2024.
