Meredith Gussin is a staff attorney at Podhurst Orseck, P.A. She joined the firm in 2026 after twenty-five years of a varied and diverse career.
For most of her career, Meredith focused primarily on commercial matters, including business litigation, business torts, and complex civil litigation. She also served as general counsel and director of human resources for a family-owned restaurant group.
Meredith received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Meredith was a recipient of the Miami Scholars Program, a member of the Law Review, and was on the Dean’s List.
