We are seeking rising 2Ls and 3Ls to join our team as summer law clerks at our Coral Gables office. Our program offers substantive, hands-on experience.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be currently enrolled in law school as a rising 2L or rising 3L
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with proficiency in Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Meet deadlines and follow through on specific instructions while working independently
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Research novel and complex legal questions
- Analyze discovery materials and help build case narratives
- Sit in on strategy sessions and contribute to how cases are developed
