$43.6 Million in Damages for the Families of Silk Air Crash in Indonesia
2004 – Podhurst Orseck secured an award valued at $43.6 million in damages to the families of three victims in the crash of a Silk Air jet in Indonesia which abruptly rolled and plummeted 35,000 feet under suspicious conditions.
