UPS Plane Crash Updates

Several families of victims from the two fatal Boeing 737 Max crashes say the manufacturer has not offered a direct apology, support, or condolences since the disasters. While Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg has apologized publicly, the parents of one victim, Nadia Milleron and Michael Stumo, stated that a genuine apology requires direct, personal communication. Attorneys such as Steve Marks, who represents more than 50 victim families, confirmed that their clients had not been contacted by the company. In a statement, Boeing extended sympathies but did not answer why it had not spoken with the families directly.
