Maine Plane Crash Updates

A Florida state judge plans to enter final judgments enforcing an $844 million settlement for 43 victims of a 2016 plane crash involving the Chapecoense professional Brazilian soccer club. Marks of Podhurst Orseck PA, the plaintiffs will now pursue collection from the defendants’ insurers or insurance broker through an assignment of rights.
