Podhurst Orseck’s Pablo Rojas has been recognized as a 2026 Rising Star in the Trials category by Law360 as part of its annual Top Attorneys Under 40 awards.
Law360’s Rising Stars recognizes more than 160 attorneys under the age of 40 whose legal accomplishments distinguish them among the next generation of legal leaders. This year’s honorees were selected from more than 1,100 submissions and represent attorneys across 35 practice areas and more than 90 law firms.
Pablo was recognized for his accomplishments as a trial lawyer handling complex litigation matters, including aviation, wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, class actions, and complex commercial disputes. Since joining Podhurst Orseck, Pablo has helped secure significant results for clients in high-stakes cases across the country.
Pablo is a trusted strategist who leads cases at all stages of litigation, from inception, to discovery, to summary judgment, to trials, to appeals. At the trial level, Pablo recently tried a major wrongful death case against a helicopter manufacturer. He also obtained a $13 million verdict in a personal injury case involving a construction accident, one of the highest personal injury verdicts in the state of Florida that year.
