Kristina Infante of Podhurst Orseck PA has been honored as one of Law360’s Rising Stars for trial attorneys under the age of 40. This recognition follows her work as lead counsel for 40 victims of the 2018 Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting, securing a $127.5 million settlement in a negligence lawsuit against the FBI. The case argued that the FBI negligently failed to act on tips received about the shooter. Infante is also currently representing victims in litigation related to the Boeing 737 Max crashes in Ethiopia and Indonesia.
