Ava represents plaintiffs in high-stakes litigation, with a practice focused on personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, class actions, and complex commercial disputes. She is committed to advocating for those who have been harmed by negligent or wrongful conduct and to pursuing meaningful results on their behalf.
Ava earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served as an editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology and a student attorney at the Harvard Immigration Project. Prior to joining Podhurst, she practiced at a global law firm in Miami.
Before law school, Ava earned her B.A. in History and Spanish, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
Ava is fluent in Spanish.
