The law firm Podhurst Orseck is relocating after more than 55 years in Downtown Miami. The litigation firm will move to Coral Gables, taking over 22,614 square feet of space at 2525 Ponce De Leon Blvd, which represents a nearly 20% expansion of its office space. Managing Partner Steven Marks stated the decision was made with input from all attorneys, prioritizing quality of life and commute times. The firm, known for its work on cases like the disappearance of Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 and the Parkland tragedy, expects to move into the new office in the second quarter of 2025.
