A U.S. District Judge appointed legal leadership for nearly 100 cases filed against The Boeing Co. concerning the Ethiopian Airlines crash. Attorneys Steven Marks of Podhurst Orseck, Bob Clifford of Clifford Law Offices, and Justin Green of Kreindler & Kreindler will lead the plaintiffs’ executive committee. The lawsuits are a result of the Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 crash, which killed 157 people and led to the grounding of Boeing’s 737 Max 8 aircraft. The legal team’s discovery process will focus on what Boeing knew after a prior fatal crash of the same aircraft model operated by Lion Air.
