Pablo Rojas is a leading plaintiff-side attorney who has successfully handled important and complex cases, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients. He regularly represents plaintiffs in all forms of litigation including personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, class actions and complex commercial disputes.
Since joining Podhurst in 2019, Pablo has helped recover more than $800 million for clients. He has achieved successful results in countless high-stakes cases against federal agencies, Fortune 500 companies, global manufacturers and major insurance companies. Courts have recognized Pablo for his “creativity,” “passion,” and “tenacity.”
Pablo is a trusted strategist who leads cases at all stages of litigation, from inception, to discovery, to summary judgment, to trials, to appeals. At the trial level, Pablo recently tried a major wrongful death case against a helicopter manufacturer. He also obtained a $13 million verdict in a personal injury case involving a construction accident, one of the highest personal injury verdicts in the state of Florida that year.
Pablo also has significant appellate experience. He clerked on a federal court of appeals, and also briefed and argued a pro bono appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, successfully urging a change in the Eleventh Circuit’s jury instructions for Eighth Amendment claims.
Pablo frequently represents the families of victims who perished in air disasters. In 2020, Pablo and the firm secured judgments totaling more than $1 billion in relation to the tragic crash of an aircraft carrying members of the Chapecoense soccer team. Currently, he and the Firm are preparing for trial against Boeing, in relation to the deadly crash of Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302. He represents victims in numerous other aviation cases currently pending against major airlines and airplane and helicopter manufacturers.
Pablo and the Firm have secured millions in settlements against Monsanto in relation to the weed killer Roundup. Pablo was also part of the team that obtained a historic $127.5 million settlement against the FBI in relation to the 2018 school shooting in Parkland, Florida.
In addition to his personal injury and wrongful death practice, Pablo has represented corporate clients in major commercial disputes. In 2025, Pablo obtained a landmark summary judgment ruling in favor of a corporate client in a commercial case involving approximately $700 million in damages.
Pablo serves on the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida Professionalism Panel.
He was a member of the Order of the Coif, a Robert McKay Scholar, and a Furman Public Policy Scholar.
Prior to law school, Pablo worked for an international bank in New York and served on the staff of Senator Robert P. Casey, Jr., in Washington, D.C. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Brown University.
Pablo is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and conversational in French. He is a member of the New York bar and the Florida bar.
