Podhurst Orseck’s Peter Prieto was recently featured in Bloomberg Law, reporting he has been retained to represent Holland & Knight in a $1.2 billion legal malpractice lawsuit.
Prieto, who previously served as head of litigation at Holland & Knight, brings extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including notable defense and plaintiff-side work on behalf of law and accounting firms.
At Podhurst Orseck, Prieto currently serves as the Head of the firm’s Class Action and Complex Commercial Litigation practice.
