The National Law Journal and Law.com have collaborated to create the first “America’s Elite Trial Lawyers” list, recognizing 50 law firms for their exceptional work on the plaintiffs’ side. To be considered, firms needed at least one major victory between January 1, 2013, and June 30, 2014, along with a strong track record over the past three to five years. The selection process evaluated firms based on several criteria, including the complexity of cases, the dollar amount of verdicts, and the societal impact of their litigation. This initiative highlights law firms that have secured billions of dollars for their clients and influenced public policy or corporate practices. Among the honorees announced alphabetically is the law firm Podhurst Orseck.
