TotalBank has initiated a lawsuit against U.S. Century Bank and its CEO, Luis de la Aguilera, who was formerly the CEO of TotalBank. The lawsuit alleges that de la Aguilera used confidential information from his previous role to solicit TotalBank employees and clients for U.S. Century Bank. TotalBank claims this conduct was an intentional effort to disrupt its business operations. U.S. Century Bank’s legal representation has dismissed the accusations as “untruths” and a reaction to fair competition.
