Attorneys Ricardo Martinez-Cid and Lea Valdivia represented Octavio, navigating challenges related to accessing his medical records and estimating future costs due to his incapacitation. The settlement was obtained from the insurance companies for both the driver, whose father is the CEO of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc., and Octavio.
