Maine Plane Crash Updates

A Collier County jury awarded $60 million to Joan Antonuccio in a lawsuit against a North Naples pub called Spectators. The case arose from a 2003 incident where the bar served too much alcohol to Antonuccio’s 19-year-old daughter, Angela Crowe, who was then permanently disabled in a car crash with her intoxicated boyfriend. The judgment, secured by lawyer Ray Rasco, designated $10 million for lost wages and expenses and $50 million for pain and suffering. However, collection of the award is uncertain as the pub’s owners, whose identities are unclear, were absent from the trial.
